GENERALIT\u0102\u0162I <\/strong><\/span><\/p><div style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Procedura este reglementarea prin care se stabilesc etapele ce trebuie parcurse succesiv \u015fi obligatoriu, \u00een mod nediscriminatoriu, de c\u0103tre \u00eentreg personalul Universit\u0103\u0163ii &#8220;Alexandru Ioan Cuza&#8221;, pentru rezolvarea dezideratului impus.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Procedura va fi \u00eenso\u0163it\u0103 de o serie de formulare adi\u0163ionale, prin care se transmit \u015fi se recep\u0163ioneaz\u0103 interactiv de c\u0103tre solicitant, executant, \u015fefii ierarhici implica\u0163i, precum \u015fi de organele abilitate de supraveghere \u015fi control, informa\u0163iile \u015fi datele necesare situa\u0163iei \u00een cauz\u0103.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Procedura define\u015fte circula\u0163ia exact\u0103 a acestor formulare, care trebuie respectat\u0103 \u00eentocmai \u015fi \u00een intervalul temporal men\u0163ionat.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Nerespectarea etapelor \u015fi a termenelor este reglementat\u0103 \u00een paragraful<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dcd.uaic.ro\/default.php?t=site&amp;pgid=67#3\"> &#8220;<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/dcd.uaic.ro\/?page_id=132\">Preciz\u0103ri finale \u015fi sanc\u0163iuni<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dcd.uaic.ro\/default.php?t=site&amp;pgid=67#3\">&#8220;<\/a>.<\/div><p><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" name=\"1\"><\/a><strong>II. DEFINI\u0162II<\/strong><\/span><\/p><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prin <strong>DERANJAMENT RE\u0162EA COMUNICA\u0162II DE DATE \/ TELEFONIE<\/strong> se \u00een\u0163elege nefunc\u0163ionarea sau func\u0163ionarea necorespunz\u0103toare a unei conexiuni fizice spre echipamentele de acces &#8211; distribu\u0163ie \u015fi care, p\u00e2n\u0103 la momentul apari\u0163iei deranjamentului, a func\u0163ionat corespunz\u0103tor.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Prin <strong>SERVICIUL DE E-MAIL<\/strong> se \u00een\u0163elege aplica\u0163ia client-server care asigur\u0103 primirea\/trimiterea de mesaje.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Prin <strong>CALCULATOR PERSONAL (PC)<\/strong> se \u00een\u0163elege sta\u0163ia (calculatorul) folosit de c\u0103tre solicitant.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Prin <strong>SERVER<\/strong> se \u00een\u0163elege un echipament de re\u0163ea care ofer\u0103 servicii\/aplica\u0163ii \u00een re\u0163ea.<\/span><\/div><p><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" name=\"2\"><\/a><\/span><\/p><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prin <strong>OPERATOR DE SERVICIU<\/strong> se \u00een\u0163elege angajatul din cadrul D.C.D. care are ca atribu\u0163ie de serviciu preluarea \u015fi \u00eenregistrarea deranjamentelor.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Prin <strong>RESPONSABIL DE INTERVEN\u0162IE<\/strong> se \u00een\u0163elege angajatul din cadrul D.C.D. care are ca atribu\u0163ie de serviciu remedierea deranjamentelor.<\/span><\/div><p><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><strong>III. ETAPE<\/strong><\/span><\/p><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Preluare deranjament<br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Solicitantul are obliga\u0163ia de a consulta <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/dcd.uaic.ro\/?page_id=158\"><strong>Formularul Deranjament Retea Comunica\u0163ii de Date<\/strong> <\/a>sau <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/dcd.uaic.ro\/?page_id=160\"><strong>Formularul Deranjament Telefonie telefonie<\/strong><\/a>, pentru a fi \u00een m\u0103sur\u0103 s\u0103 transmit\u0103 Operatorului de Serviciu informa\u0163ii corecte. Formularul se poate consulta \u015fi la:<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Sediul D.C.D., corp A, parter, camera 168<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Solicitantul va anun\u0163a deranjamentul <strong>Operatorului de Serviciu<\/strong> din cadrul D.C.D, la telefon 1002 sau la Sediul men\u0163ionat, <strong>preciz\u00e2nd \u00een mod obligatoriu numele, loca\u0163ia exact\u0103, data \u015fi ora c\u00e2nd se asigur\u0103 accesul, precum \u015fi adresa de e-mail<\/strong>. R\u0103spunz\u00e2nd la \u00eentreb\u0103rile Operatorului de serviciu, situa\u0163ia de defect va fi delimitat\u0103, permi\u0163\u00e2nd o depanare operativ\u0103.<\/span><\/div><p><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. \u00cenregistrare deranjament<\/strong><\/span><\/p><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dac\u0103 <strong>sunt \u00eendeplinite condi\u0163iile tehnice men\u0163ionate anterior<\/strong>, Operatorul de Serviciu va deschide un Tichet de Lucru, \u015fi va comunica num\u0103rul acestui tichet solicitantului.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Solicitantul are obliga\u0163ia de a re\u0163ine num\u0103rul de tichet asignat.<\/span><\/div><p><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Investigare\/rezolvare \u015fi planificare deranjament<\/strong><\/span><\/p><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Responsabilul de Interven\u0163ie are obliga\u0163ia de a prelua Tichetul de Lucru, de a se deplasa \u00een teren (dac\u0103 situa\u0163ia impune acest lucru) \u00een intervalul temporal men\u0163ionat de solicitant, \u015fi s\u0103 investigheze\/rezolve deranjamentul.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Dac\u0103 \u00een urma investiga\u0163iei, din motive obiective, Responsabilul de Interven\u0163ie nu poate rezolva deranjamentul, acesta va raporta \u015fefului ierarhic care este \u00eemputernicit s\u0103 adopte m\u0103surile adecvate situa\u0163iei \u00een cauz\u0103. Acesta va autoriza replanificarea \u015fi rezolvarea deranjamentului.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Solicitantului i se vor aduce la cuno\u015ftin\u0163\u0103 schimb\u0103rile intervenite \u015fi confirmarea rezolv\u0103rii deranjamentului prin serviciul de e-mail.<\/span><\/div><p><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. \u00cenchidere deranjament<\/strong><\/span><\/p><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dup\u0103 rezolvarea deranjamentului, Responsabilul de Interven\u0163ie va completa \u015fi \u00eenchide Tichetul de Lucru. \u00cen situa\u0163ii deosebite, sau \u00een cazul \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rii prevederilor <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/dcd.uaic.ro\/?page_id=32\">Regulamentelor<\/a>, se va \u00eencheia o Not\u0103 de Constatare Tehnic\u0103.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Solicitantul va primi \u00een mod automat un e-mail cu confirmarea de rezolvare a deranjamentului.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Daca interven\u0163ia necesit\u0103 consum de materiale \u015fi\/sau echipamente se vor completa documentele necesare (Bon de Lucru, Referat de Necesitate).<\/span><\/div><p><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" name=\"3\"><\/a><strong>IV. PRECIZ\u0102RI FINALE<\/strong><\/span><\/p><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Nu se consider\u0103 deranjamente: nefunc\u0163ionarea sau configurarea defectuoas\u0103 a calculatorului personal, a serverului local, a clientului de e-mail sau a altor aplica\u0163ii\/servicii.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Localizarea Operatorului de Serviciu: parter, Corp A, camera 168, telefon 1002.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">DCD nu asigur\u0103 depanarea aparatelor telefonice \u015fi a calculatoarelor personale (\u015fi a aplica\u0163iilor instalate), aflate \u00een dotarea utilizatorilor.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Obliga\u0163iile ce revin DCD<\/strong><\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Termenul de rezolvare a unui deranjament este de maxim 48 ore din momentul deschiderii tichetului de lucru, \u00een situa\u0163ia asigur\u0103rii tuturor condi\u0163iilor tehnice \u015fi administrative care impun desf\u0103\u015furarea optim\u0103 a activit\u0103\u0163ii. C\u0103minele studen\u0163e\u015fti nu se includ \u00een aceast\u0103 regul\u0103, av\u00e2nd prioritate toate celelalte activit\u0103\u0163i.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sanc\u0163iuni<\/strong><\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Nerespectarea acestui termen precum \u015fi rezolvarea defectuoas\u0103 a deranjamentului atrage asupra Responsabilului de Interven\u0163ie sanc\u0163iuni administrativ-financiare.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Obliga\u0163iile ce revin Solicitantului<\/strong><\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">S\u0103 asigure accesul la obiectiv \u00een intervalul specificat.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">S\u0103 faciliteze interven\u0163ia la punctul\/punctele de acces (prize telecomunica\u0163ii).<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">S\u0103 re\u0163in\u0103 num\u0103rul tichetului asignat \u015fi s\u0103 men\u0163ioneze adresa sa de e-mail ca principal mijloc de comunica\u0163ie.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sanc\u0163iuni<\/strong><\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Nerespectarea acestor obliga\u0163ii din partea Solicitantului conduce la plata cheltuielilor de deplasare a echipei de interven\u0163ie \u015fi reluarea procedurii de comunicare a deranjamentului.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Modificarea de c\u0103tre solicitant, \u00een orice circumstan\u0163\u0103, a set\u0103rilor de re\u0163ea precum \u015fi furnizarea unor informa\u0163ii evident eronate, atrage deconectarea de la re\u0163eaua Universit\u0103\u0163ii &#8220;Alexandru Ioan Cuza&#8221;, Ia\u015fi.<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Se interzice accesul neautorizat la prizele de telecomunica\u0163ii, folosirea de echipamente \u015fi aparate telefonice nevizate de c\u0103tre DCD, precum orice alte interven\u0163ii ce pericliteaz\u0103 buna func\u0163ionare sau duc la distrugerea echipamentelor de acces &#8211; distribu\u0163ie &#8211; backbone.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Modificarea \u00een orice circumstan\u0163\u0103 a set\u0103rilor de re\u0163ea de c\u0103tre utilizator atrage sanc\u0163iuni administrative p\u00e2n\u0103 la interzicerea accesului \u00een re\u0163eaua Universit\u0103\u0163ii &#8220;Alexandru Ioan Cuza&#8221;.<\/span><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\">Furnizarea codului de acces pe telefon altor persoane precum \u015fi manipularea necorespunz\u0103toare a acestuia atrage sanc\u0163iuni administrative \u015fi suportarea consecin\u0163elor derivate din aceste circumstan\u0163e.<\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"gsp_post_data\" data-post_type=\"page\" data-cat=\"\" data-modified=\"120\" data-title=\"Deranjament\" data-home=\"https:\/\/dcd.uaic.ro\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PROCEDUR\u0102 DERANJAMENT RE\u0162EA COMUNICA\u0162II DE DATE &#8211; TELEFONIE\u00a0 I.
